2 - We bill insurance for the appropriated amount for the above services. You will usually see two claims, one for the antigen and one for the specimen collection unless you opted out of Antigen test. 3 - Your insurance will pays for the services provided. In any case, we will NEVER BILL for the services rendered before 3/22/2022 for any amount which insurances do not cover. In addition, we will NEVER sell our debt or hire a collection agency to collect any amount on our behalf. 4 - You will also see another claim from the lab which processed your PCR, either on the same date, the next day; or in some cases a week later for the PCR laboratory test. This claim will be from the lab and not from us. Also, the date of service on the claim is the date when the lab has processed your results. The date of service may not be the same date you visited our facility. Also, our partner labs will never bill you for any services they provided except in the following cases.
A - You tested at multiple facilities the same day, and in this case, the lab will not be able to claim the services it provided.
B - You tested daily after getting Positive PCR results.
C - You tested two or more consecutive days for whatever reason.
D - You provided incorrect insurance card, id card, or any other wrong information which prevented us from getting reimbursement for the delivered services.
